Production Manager / Field Supervisor
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily field operations and project timelines
  • Manage crews and ensure quality control
  • Coordinate with clients and office staff
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance
Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction, excavation, or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities:

  • Lead field crew on job sites
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and correctly
  • Train and support team members
  • Maintain equipment and job site organization

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in field work (septic, water, excavation preferred)
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with fieldwork including water, sewer, and septic services
  • Operate tools and equipment
  • Support crew in completing daily tasks

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
